CEBRA H2: What is hydrogen water?
The newest addition to the CEBRA range. Water enriched with molecular hydrogen — no sugar, no calories.
What molecular hydrogen is
Molecular hydrogen (H₂) is the smallest molecule there is. That size is exactly why it moves quickly through the body and passes cell membranes without difficulty.
It is dissolved into water under pressure. CEBRA H2 contains 2.8 mg/l (PPM) of molecular hydrogen in a 250 ml can.
Why a can and not a bottle
Hydrogen is small enough to gradually escape through ordinary plastic. An aluminium can holds it far longer, which is why hydrogen waters are filled into cans.
Drink it soon after opening — hydrogen escapes from an opened drink within tens of minutes.
What is in it
No sugar, no sweeteners, 0 kcal. Apart from water and dissolved hydrogen it contains nothing else.
Research into molecular hydrogen is still ongoing and does not yet support health claims. Treat it as an alternative to plain water, not as a medicine. Consult a doctor about any health concerns.
