Brand story

How CEBRA came about.

„We did not want another drink on the shelf. We wanted one that has a reason to be there."

CEBRA did not start in a marketing department. It started with a question the people at IMPOL GROUP asked about almost every drink they imported: why is there so much on the label and so little of the active ingredient?

For years we brought brands from across Europe to Slovakia. We saw what sold, what came back and what customers bought again. That experience led to a decision — stop merely distributing and start producing on our own terms.

The first formulations followed a single rule: the active ingredient has to be there in a dose that actually matters. Fewer products with honest composition, rather than a broad range that solves nothing.

The name came later. A zebra does not carry two extra stripes for effect — the black and the white are equally necessary. That is exactly how we treat composition: nothing extra, nothing that has no business being there.

Today CEBRA covers functional drinks, amino acids, collagen and hydrogen water. We develop it, have it produced by vetted partners and sell it through our own online store and retail chains.
